Engine starts without hesitation from cold.

Engine compartment is in overall very good original condition. All parts appear complete, engine cover, heat shields, radiator surround and belt guard etc. all fitted.
No coolant leaks were visible.
No fuel leaks were visible
No brake/steering fluid leaks were visible.
All fluids appear clean.

Fuel System:
Fuel tank capacity: 80 Liters (21 gallons)
No visible fuel leaks.
Cooling System
No visible coolant leaks were observed. Coolant appears clean.

Exhaust System
Fully catalyzed stainless steel exhaust system with 4 Oxygen sensors / three-way catalytic convertors, exhaust gas recirculation, Evaporative loss purge
There are no leaks from the exhaust.

Transmission
Transmission: Graziano Six Speed manual transmission (6-speed). Switchable sport mode

Shifting appears to be normal. Car drives in forward and reverse gears.
No leaks observed.

Suspension
Front: Aluminum independent double wishbone incorporating anti-dive geometry. Coil over aluminum monotube dampers and anti-roll bar
Rear: Aluminum independent double wishbone incorporating longitudinal control arms.

Power assisted steering
Rack and pinion, servotronic speed-sensitive, power assisted.
Turns lock to lock: 3.0 turns.
Steering column tilt and reach adjustments
No leaks visible from steering rack. Fluid appears clean.
Steering rack boots are in serviceable condition
Steering wheel goes lock to lock without hesitation.

Brakes System
Front: 355mm ventilated and grooved steel rotors with four piston calipers
Rear: 330mm ventilated cross drilled steel rotors with four piston calipers and integral drum hand brake
Brake fluid appears clean.
Rotors front and rear are correct with reasonable wear. (Rear brakes have been recently replaced.
No visible brake fluid leaks were observed.

Exterior Glass
Windscreen and backlight in very good condition. "Pilkington Glass"
Windscreen and backlight rubbers are serviceable.
All side glass (front quarter lights, door windows and rear quarter lights all Triplex "Pilkington Glass".
Front Quarter light (LHS & RHS) rubbers are in good condition.
Door waistline outer rubbers (LHS & RHS) are in good condition.
Door outer edge rubber is in good condition.
Door felts are in good condition.
Front headlight/spotlight and rear quarter light seals are in good condition.

Exterior Body
Body and paint in overall very good condition. No evidence of any accident damage.
Composite front spoiler and rear bumper/apron, front grille and side vents all in very good condition.
Door mirrors are in good condition.
Volante (convertible top) in very good order.

Exterior lamps/lens
The headlamps are in good order and working condition.
The front direction indicators are in good order and working condition.
The rear brake/tail/ direction indicator lenses are in good order and working condition.
The license plate lamps are correct and functional
The reversing lamps are correct and functional

Chassis
Chassis and sub-frame in overall good condition. Floor pans etc. in good order.

Body fit
All door, trunk and hood gaps are good.
The front and rear spoilers are complete, appear original and have no damage.

Interior
The overall condition of the interior is very good.
The interior leather, carpets and headliner/sun visors all in very good condition.
The trunk carpeting and spare wheel cover all in very good condition.
Electrically operated front seats incorporating seat heaters. leather on panels, door cards, center cubby box etc.
Driver and front passenger air bags.

Instruments
All instruments and warning lights are functional and correct.
The radio is in fully working order.
Original air conditioning system in working order. Blows cool/cold.
CFC free automatic climate control.

Wheels/Tires
Car fitted with standard nine spoke alloy wheels
Tires size: 275/35/ZR19 (new front)
Tire Brand: Bridgestone Potenza
Tire pressures: 32 psi all around.
Tire condition: Thread depth 7/32nds

Driving
The car starts without hesitation.
The "fly-off" hand brake is good.

Overall assessment
The Aston Martin DB9 Vantage was the first production Aston Martin to be manufactured at Aston Martin Gayden.
This car is an original left hand drive (LHD), U.S. spec. The car does have the original engine etc. The car is in overall very good condition with no accident damage.
